Orders
Placing an order on this website is a request, not a completed sale. Every order is confirmed personally by SUI before it is prepared. No payment is taken on the website.
Handmade pieces
Each piece is made by hand with genuine and natural stones. Small differences in colour, shape and pattern are part of their character, not a fault.
Prices & availability
Prices are shown in the currency listed on each piece and may change. Because pieces are made one at a time, an item may sell out before your order is confirmed.
Cancellations
You may cancel or change an order before it has been confirmed and prepared — just reply to us or send a message through the contact page.
